Sarah Janosik, LMSW
  Ms. Janosik is co-founder and Clinical Director of Austin Center for Sexual Medicine. She has been in private practice for 20 years. She specializes in sex, intimacy, and couples counseling. She is actively involved in developing workshops surrounding sexual issues and raising public awareness regarding these sensitive issues. She has authored articles on sexuality and intimacy and continues to lecture on these topics professionally. Ms. Janosik received her post-graduate training in Human Sexuality at the University of California Medical School, San Francisco in 1981. She is Board Certified Diplomate and Licensed in Clinical Social Work
 
Joel Fleschman, LMSW
As a partner and therapist with ACSM for 10 years, Mr. Fleschman brings extensive knowledge to our center. He specializes in all areas of male and female sexuality, marital issues, and infertility. Mr. Fleschman has extensive experience working with multi-disciplinary treatment teams that examine and explore complex medical issues such as infertility, cardiovascular disorders, and cancer. He received his Masters in Social Work and Masters in Public Health from Tulane University in 1987, with an emphasis in health and family therapy.
 
Karen G. Swenson, MD
Dr. Swenson is co-founder and Medical Director of Austin Center for Sexual Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, in 1981. She has been in private medical practice, in Austin, since 1985. Dr. Swenson conducts workshops, as well as diagnosing and treating patients using an integrated approach with the Austin Center for Sexual Medicine.
 
Elizabeth Houser, MD
As a distinguished professional and co-founder of ACSM, Dr. Houser has been with ACSM for 10 years and in private practice for 15 years. She is board certified by the American Board of Urology and has been practicing with the Urology Team since 1994. Dr. Houser has a special interest in male and female incontinence, vasectomies, and reversals, and women's sexual health. She is currently involved in a variety of research projects surrounding female sexual dysfunctions. She attended medical school at The Texas School of Medicine in Lubbock and continued her studies at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, School of Medicine.
